Michael has worked at Fisher Roofing since 2000, where he started as a technician in the service department, then quickly moved into a management role. He became co-owner of the business in 2008. His expertise in roofing includes composition, shake, tile, torch-down, cold process and metal roofs. He also is proficient in estimating and completion of every level of roofing, gutters, siding and construction.
Michael holds a BS and an MBA from George Fox University. He is married, and a father that loves spending time with his wife and young children.
When not at work, Michael enjoys music, camping, backpacking and is an active member of his church community.
Eloy started at Fisher Roofing as a carpenter, and has worked his way up the ranks to Project Manager. He is the company's most experienced carpenter and craftsman, and is proficient in the redesign and structuring of difficult jobs.
Eloy's roofing expertise extends to all processes and materials, and he is proficient in estimating and completion of all roofing projects.
Eloy attended George Fox University, and in 2000, graduated from the Angel Jobcare School of Construction. He enjoys riding motorcycles and has participated in 3 mission trips to Mexico, where he assisted in non-profit construction projects coordinated by Fisher Roofing and his community church.
Roy has worked in the roofing industry since 1990. Along with his duties as a Project Manager, he also manages the Service Department, which under his guidance has seen a 200% increase. Roy's abilities also extend to that of educating; he works with Fisher Roofing employees to train them in proper roofing and installation techniques, and with customers to help them understand the proper care and maintenance of their roofs. Roy has also taught roofing coursework at the Northwest College of Construction in Tigard.
Roy's family and leisure time includes golfing, camping, reading and a variety of other sports.
Scott comes to Fisher Roofing with 14 years experience in the roofing industry, including 6 years managing a nationwide roofing supply company. His skills run the gamut from service and management, to scheduling and operations. He's organized, professional and understands how to meet the needs of customers.
Scott is married and a father to his 3 children. Away from work, he likes to snow ski, coach youth sports and is an avid Oregon Duck fan.
Paul Carpenter has recently joined the Fisher Roofing team and brings 30 years of commercial roofing experience which includes asphalt based products, modifieds, single-plys, and tapered insulation systems. Paul also is experienced in Energy assessment and ROI, forecasting, inspections and budget summaries, due diligence with inspection reports, and Energy Trust rebates and incentives. He has helped many property owners with roof upgrades, life cycling, service programs, safety review, integration of roof mounted systems(mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and architectural sheet metal.
Paul has a vast educational background including Portland State University and roofing manufacturer's certifications including Firestone TQM, Carlisle, The Garland Company, GAF and more.
Paul is the father of four and lives in Hillsboro with his wife and two youngest children. He enjoys boating, camping and serving in his church.
Bob has worked in the commercial roofing industry for over 25 years, 9 of those as Manager/Superintendant. Bob is skilled and knowledgeable in low slope systems including TPO, PVC, Hypolon, EPDM, BUR, EP, and tapered insulation. He is also experienced in sheetmetal including standing seam, mechanical seam, batten seam, structural panels, R-Mer lite, counterflashing, coping cap and custom panels and flashing.
Bob prides himself on leading a safe working environment and has many safety certifications including CERTA, Lift, Rigging, and C-Stop.
In his off hours, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two daughters as well as fly fishing and camping.
Mike has been in the roofing industry since 2007 and joined Fisher Roofing as a member of our service department in 2010. He worked his way up and was promoted to Project Manager in 2015. Mike is proficient in estimating roofing and gutter projects as well as guiding the projects to successful completion. He prides himself on providing great customer service and keeping his customers informed throughout each step of the project.
Mike is the married father of 4 young children. He enjoys spending quality family time as often as possible, attending his children's sporting events and activities, hiking, and camping.
Jesse joined our team in 2015 as a Project Manager. He also manages our gutter department. He came to us with 13 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a land surveyor and then moved in to the insurance restoration industry as an estimator/project manager. He is experienced with estimating and managing repairs on all types of disaster damages. Naturally, Jesse handles most of the insurance claims for our clients, in addition to helping home owners and contractors with their general roofing needs.
Jesse is married and has 3 children. His interests include music, basketball, the outdoors (in good weather of course), hanging out with his family and friends, and serving in his church.
David recently joined the Fisher Roofing team, coming to us with over 13 years of sales, management, and customer service experience. His clients are his #1 priority. He takes the time necessary to listen to the needs of his clients so he can make suitable recommendations. At the end of the day, he works tirelessly to ensure that all his clients are taken care of from the very beginning of a project until it is completed.
David holds a BA in business from George Fox University and is actively involved in various building projects with the Newberg Habitat for Humanity, youth sports at the local YMCA and helping at his church.
Away from work, David enjoys biking, camping, and long road trips with his wife and 2 children.
